Must say original thought deserves the kudos, but you might want to look into the sentence construction a little bit.

Actually rural India is weakened by those who are moving ahead at its cost.. not only support but a positive discrimination is needed.

India may be termed as a backward country by the West but even the Westerners do realize and commend the true potential elements that India treasures- significance of life, authenticity of thoughts, unity under diverse situations, a rich culture and tradition. Such values make our country unique. When you talk about support, we are the first ones who can provide support and bring a change. India is growing strong and will one day, stand as a tough competitor in the race.
An inspiring and good post. Well correlated.
