Square Bubble

You live in a bubble of your own. You love your bubble's eccentricity and transparency. You feel elated and inspired by the way your bubble of passion keeps floating in the air, though it is to be short lived. You are an off roader while others are on the highway. You are a voice that is unapologetic in acknowledging its roots, out of which it has grown and evolved gradually. In the era of plenty , you don't want to overdo things just to accentuate the effect. Your emphasis is on the significance of process rather than solution. You believe in going further and exploring new avenues. You hold a mirror that reflects the realities you had witnessed till now . And when the mirror broke , the realities multiplied. Even when you ask a question it comes across like a statement. Experiencing life in a different contexts provides you with a deeper understanding of life. It saves you from a narrow world view. You know that challenges are often the best tools for empowerment. The deeper the plunge, greater the challenge.

Dreaming under the stars of fiction, you allowed yourself to drift along the stream of consciousness. Many a sign board to the left and the right on the way tried and failed to lure you. It was tough for you when the
wheel of time brought you back to where you started off. Its been a long journey from your desire to undesired destination. Soon you realized that Life's most valuable lessons are often tucked away in the basic pleasures and pursuits. You need to appreciate the simple things in life. You toiled like machine, chasing distant dreams, with no time to stop and stare. To make life meaningful, you must laud your efforts and accomplishments, before moving onto your next destination in life. You want to pause and give yourself a pat on the back for what you have achieved till now, before you discover the next big thing. Your juncture with books started with baby steps as books make you to understand experiences and experiences make you to understand books
. It is not just a question of experience but also perspective and perception . Now, you are opinionated but not judgmental. You are habituated to move on like your bubble. You are on the right tracks now , don't stay there, keep moving, else, you will perish forever because of the fact , "One will be paid not to try but to succeed". You may still want to be in the same bubble, but dear, you need to adapt to a different bubble. May be an opaque and "Square Bubble ".

Gr8 post mahesh, and very true indeed, because in this world of competition people forget to acknowledge the good they had done in their lives in a bid to catch up with the rest.

@ Mahesh

I wont mind believing some part of the post was dedicated to me... even if this is your random post:)

You have written it so well that anyone who reads it will love to believe that the post lines are devoted him/her.

And what a wonderful line, “the mirror broke, the realities multiplied”. Indeed this is what the life reflects at very juncture when we are puzzled.

One problem when detected echo to have many alternative preferences choices. Perhaps we need to break the static rule of thinking and look for the multiplied realities to choose the best for us. So how deep and content is thought is.

~~Bow to your vision!

However, I want to know more about the Square bubble before I conclude and draw my line with my view of thinking!!

Bwt: What make you roll over all the ways of your doing things and create a new destiny…perhaps provoking me, to be left everytime at the end with only one word… “Excellent!”

Keep the spark Alive..

@ Rachana....

I wrote this post imagining someone who knows me is writing to me....
You are correct..many of us can connect to some part of the post atleast...
When we write something out of our experiences , it do differs from the work of imagination ....

Irrespective of whether it is a determination or compulsion, sometimes we have to choose new destinies....and I have chosen one....

As they say in Management theories....Decision making is opting the right choice...

Thanks for the constant pat :)

cheers

You don't need to be in the rat race and be a declared winner. On the contrary you should race for what your heart and mind in combination agrees for.
It's just a small thought...You may or may not agree....
You owe a great vision and I cant think as brilliantly as you do..still I wanted to add my opinion...

@ Geeta

Thanks for the analysed response....

Blame it on my poor and in-comprehensive presentation, in fact, we are agreeing on the same point.
I am not supporting the rat race here. (Read "Forced Careers" @ http://maheshisms.blogspot.com/2008/09/forced-careers.html)

As you said,...
1. you should race for what your heart and mind in combination agrees for.
--> I called it a bubble.....a normal bubble.....simple, natural and spherical.....passion where my mind and heart goes.

2. You don't need to be in the rat race and be a declared winner
--> I called it a "Square Bubble"...... artificial and compulsive ....... mad rat race....... success of recognition .

This post is all about the happening trend of "Forced careers" in this consumerist driven commercialized corporate capitalist culture . I tried to bring out the emotional and psychological impact of a person when he has to shift from a normal bubble to an inevitable "Square Bubble" because of parental-societal -peer pressures and financial obligations. Circumstantial situations do make people, particularly from lower and middle class strata, to embrace "Square Bubble" at least for sometime, if not for life time. Worse is if someone has to live in square bubbles for life time.

3. It's just a small thought...You may or may not agree
--> Yes, i disagree with you because it is not a small thought, it is a significant thought to be big enough :)

4. still I wanted to add my opinion...
--> Please...You are most welcome to give your opinions and convey your constructive criticisms/suggestions/feedback. In fact you can rip Wisdomism apart to question its validity and relevance in rational aspects.

I hope am clear now. Please do respond with your opinions further.

Thanks again for raising a rational point and thus enabling me to give a clarification : )

cheers,

You presented your thoughts perfectly.
Blame it on my moronic mind which could not catch your perspective correctly..I knew that I am not a writer(you might have understood after reading my posts)..and today I came to know that I am not a good reader too....I need to enhance my capabilities..
Thanks for the enlightenment..
